In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 30 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We are the legal owner of every vehicle we sell unless specified otherwise, we are not responsible if there is a delay in the title work that is out of our control. No title is sent until the full balance owed is paid. This deposit is needed to secure your purchase and must be done within 24 hours of the agreement to purchase.
